"The CSD Board voted unanimously 5-0 on September 30, 2024 to dismiss the Declaratory Relief Action. The Board could not come to an agreement on the terms of the rental rate of the lease and there were other outstanding issues, such as a the facilities yard, that needed to be addressed. So in an effort to save taxpayers' and residents' funds, the CSD has filed a request for dismissal of this action."
